Queen Elizabeth Might Have Legal Custody of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Son

According to a royal law dating back to 1717, it appears that Queen Elizabeth has sole legal custody of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s son Archie.

The law, dubbed asĀ “The Grand Opinion for the Prerogative Concerning the Royal Family”, states that the British monarch has custody of all of his or her grandchildren.

Experts on the British royal family state that this law was passed by King George I as a means for him to control and groom his grandchildren as they matured.

Custody attorneys in Thailand handle court disputes between divorcing couples over who will have custody of their children.

Through this law, King George I was able to determine who they would marriage as well as their education.

Nowadays, this means that Queen Elizabeth has the power to allow or deny her grandchildren from traveling abroad until they become legal adults.

In addition to Archie, the law also gives Queen Elizabeth custody over her other royal grandchildren while they are minors, including Prince William and Kate Middleton’s children George, Charlotte, and Louis.
