Hunter Biden tried to capitalize on the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to avoid a court-ordered child support deposition, according to Page Six.

The son of the Democratic nominee front-runner said traveling to and appearing in an Arkansas court risked exposing his pregnant wife and unborn child to the highly contagious coronavirus.

The judge rejected the younger Biden’s request and shortly thereafter, Biden and the woman involved reached a settlement out of court.

Lunden Alexis Roberts–a former stripper–brought the child support case against Hunter Biden. The two have a 17-month-old baby together.

Child support lawyers in Thailand can help arranged financial settlements for divorced couples with children or–if need be–file official complaints in court.

Biden previously tried to petition the judge to suspend the child support deposition until most of the Democratic state primaries for president had taken place, which the judge also had rejected.

“He needs to make himself available unless his hair is on fire,” Arkansas judge Holly Meyer said in her denial of his request.

Meyer was planning to question Biden over his finances, which could have brought to light revelations about his time working on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.

Both Joe and Hunter Biden deny that his lucrative position at the company involved any corrupt dealings.
