Divorce lawyers are expecting divorce filings to see a huge rise once the COVID-19 pandemic finally ends.

The news shouldn’t come as a surprise either.

For one, state lockdowns have seen couples forced to stay in their homes together much longer than usual, which likely puts extra strain on already icy marriages.

Financial problems and other things causing emotional conflict between couples previously could’ve perhaps been avoided and forgotten about, now that might not be the case.
