Actor Robert De Niro Caught in Vaccine/Autism Row

Acting legend Robert De Niro has become embroiled in a row over the safety of vaccines, and has made the decision to axe a documentary on the alleged MMR/autism link from the Tribeca Film Festival schedule, of which he is a co-founder, reports the Guardian.

The documentary, Vaxxed: from Cover-Up to Catastrophe, is directed by disgraced former surgeon Andrew Wakefield, who published a paper in the 1980’s regarding an alleded link between the Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccination (MMR) and the rise in autism.

De Niro, who has a son with autism, initially stood by his decision to premiere the film arguing that he wanted to promote discussion of the topic, but later changed his mind and axed the film after backlash from the medical community.

Paternity rights lawyers in Thailand Chaninat and Leeds have been helping fathers regain their rights for decades.

Wakefield’s documentary claims that health authorities abused his research and data to fit their agenda, however no credible evidence has been found to support Wakefield’s claims of a link between the combined vaccination for Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) and autism.
